Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key strategic and operational role in supporting our business objectives by providing expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. You will partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, drive employee engagement, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop and deliver tailored HR solutions to address specific business challenges.
Employee Relations:
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Talent Management:
- Support talent acquisition efforts by providing guidance on recruitment strategies and selection processes.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement effective performance management and succession planning strategies.
- Coach and mentor employees to develop their skills and advance their careers.
HR Operations:
- Oversee and contribute to the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and recordkeeping in HR systems.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong foundation in employee relations and talent management.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) preferred.
