Avenue also brings expertise in building ultra-high-cavitation tooling for the medical device, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical markets.
The Human Resources Graduate will be responsible for supporting the full range of the HR processes including recruitment and selection, absence and leave monitoring, HR administration & reporting, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job design through to offers of employment.
- Drafting and issuing contracts of employment.
- Support in the delivery of on-boarding and induction programs to new starters throughout their probation period.
- Ongoing support with HR administration and maintenance of employee records.
- Ensuring that HR files are compliant with current legislation and quality standards.
- Monitor absence and manage other leave requests as they come through, ensuring the Time & Attendance database is accurately maintained.
- Support resolution of any employee relations matters.
- Assist employees on all day-to-day human resource issues and queries.
- Support investigation and resolution of any employee relations matters.
- Coordinate training and development opportunities for all employees.
- Work with our payroll and finance team to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Third level qualification in a relevant discipline (HR or Business).
- Good understanding of all aspects of human resources.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office and the generation of reports via excel.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
