Ideal Candidate Profile:

 

Experienced HR Professional: Minimum 3 years in a generalist or managerial HR role.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, SHRM or CIPD preferred.

Skills: Strong communicator with expertise in employee relations, performance management, and data-driven HR decisions.

Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
