The Opportunity

Arup Ireland is seeking talented students to join the Ireland Human Resources team over the period of a few months. We look for students who are ready to jump into the professional world; diverse individuals with inquisitive minds and a desire to challenge.

You will work alongside skilled professionals and contribute to the success of real projects. You will also enjoy learning sessions with technical experts within your team, working on local projects and all kinds of social events.

Key responsibilities of Training Administrator undergraduate role:

  • Liaise with internal and external training providers to schedule training courses
  • Set up training events on Moodle and book and prepare training rooms where relevant
  • Promote and manage the enrolment of participants in training sessions
  • Prepare and disseminate training materials such as joining instructions and feedback forms etc.
  • Update participant completions on Moodle
  • Assist in coordinating course payment
  • Provide individual support to course providers and participants

Assist in any other Learning and Development duties that may arise as training programmes evolve.
