The Irish branch of an incredible international development organisation is in search of an Individual Giving Manager (9-month maternity cover), and Harris Hill are delighted to be assisting them with this search. Roles And Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading and implementing the organisation’s individual giving strategy – you will maintain and grow the charity’s supporter base, meeting ambitious but achievable income generation targets.
• You will manage a team of 3 individuals within the Fundraising and Communications team, providing guidance and coaching in order to contribute to their professional development and income generation abilities.
