O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an Information Manager for our Client, a well-known international company with various ongoing projects across Ireland and Europe.
This is a Dublin based role.
Information Manager responsibilities:
- Act as the gate keeper of the various systems, liaising with the department leads.
- Develop and control access permissions and ensure these are maintained as personnel and supply chain enter and leave the project.
- Attend relevant training for systems and develop in-house training to assist with on-boarding new starts.
- Develop process and procedures for control and use of the systems.
- Ensure all information is up to date and available to all stakeholders.
- Maintain records of communications and transmittals and export to tracking documents and matrix.
- Gather reports for individual departments and systems and combine for internal and external communication.
- Assist with uploading information across all platforms.
- Manage electronic diaries for meeting room bookings and assist with coordinating meetings.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Prepare procedures for on-boarding new staff and take them through the process.
- Assist with financial record keeping and reporting.
- Assist in preparing and distributing routine reports.
Information Manager requirements:
- BIM360 Knowledge and general CDE management knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO19650 Standards (Documentation ie. MIDP & TIDP managements, OIR EIR and AIR requirements, folder structure and document lifecycle protocols)
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 workflows
- Excel expert level
