Information Technology Manager

Realtime Recruitment are seeking an experience an experienced IT Manager for a permanent position based in West Dublin.

As the IT Manager within this organisation, your role will involve proactively enhancing business processes, serving as the primary contact for 3rd party vendors, and providing key support to ensure a best-in-class service.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director and overseeing the IT Systems Administrator, you'll embody a "can do" attitude and excel in stakeholder management. A solution-oriented mindset, understanding of end-users, and the ability to adapt workloads without compromising service quality are essential. You will be the key support professional for the team, leading a best-in-class service.

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands on experience with familiarities in IT operations, security, infrastructure and service delivery management.
• A background with the retail industry.
• Experience with Business Central, Azure, Active Directory, Office 365 Suite, and Power BI is essential.
• Skilled in supporting the improvement of business processes through implementation, development and adaptation of both existing and new applications.
• Experience in managing 3rd party vendors across the IT spectrum.
• ITIL certification highly desirable
