A well established Managed Service Provider in Dublin area are growing and hiring a L1 IT Support Engineer to work onsite in their clients sites in the Dublin area. This is an exciting opportunity for a L1 IT Support Engineer to grow in an exciting environment.

This role involves everything from customer service, troubleshooting and support of the IT operations. Strong customer focus and excellent communications skills are essential. This is a very exciting role to jump straight in with all the necessary skills.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ IT Support Experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, AD, Exchange, Software, Hardware and Networking.
• Understanding of ITIL Framework..
• Service Desk experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can work well independently and in a team.
• Full clean drivers licence - essential.
