Description:

In this role, you'll be:

  • Providing exceptional technical and application support to a diverse customer base, from opticians to global retailers.
  • Installing and customizing software to meet specific client needs.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues remotely and escalating complex cases.
  • Training customers via remote sessions (potential for on-site/international opportunities).
  • Developing comprehensive training materials and documentation.

 

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • An IT degree (or similar) and 2+ years of experience in Level 2+ application support.
  • A knack for grasping new technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a drive for excellence.
