Insights & Category Activation Coordinator

We’re thrilled to offer an opportunity for a proactive and analytical self-starter to join our client’s food division as an Insights & Category Activation Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion the voice of the consumer and shopper, uncovering actionable insights that fuel category and brand growth while driving sustainable market share gains. You’ll play a key role in fostering strong, long-term relationships across internal teams, retailers, agencies, and brand partners, working collaboratively to deliver impactful, data-led strategies.

 

In this role, you will execute localized marketing initiatives informed by consumer and customer insights, optimize regional campaigns through data-driven strategies, support internal and external reporting, contribute to range reviews and promotional analysis, assist with product launches through 360° marketing plans, manage field sales activities, develop POS materials, enhance e-commerce performance, maintain pricing files, engage with key stakeholders, and conduct field visits to translate market findings into actionable insights.

 

The ideal you

  • Business/Marketing Degree.
  • 1/2 years’ experience in relevant marketing/ commercial role an advantage but not essential.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint & Excel a must.
  • Understanding of category management.
  • Travel Requirements on average 20% UK
