The Advocate Group is partnered with a globally recognised Personal Care brand with huge growth plans! This business is present in over 50 markets and has a growing team of over 300 people globally. As Global Insights Manager, you will be pivotal in building shopper insights and influencing retailers to execute all strategy to win across a variation of channels.
The Role:
- Identify and define Market Insights/ Competitive Intelligence needs/ information gaps and select the most appropriate methodology for data collection.
- Ensure that our shopper marketing strategies are grounded in shopper insight.
- Provide actionable insights through timely analytics to key stakeholders and sales teams.
- Proactively identify ways to influence decision-making and improve shopper marketing strategies.
- Support the Category Strategy with relevant shopper insights and trends, customising them to markets and retailers' nuances as appropriate
The Person:
- Minimum 7 years of FMCG category & shopper insights experience, ideally in several markets or global roles.
- Strong analytics and capacity to translate insight into commercially viable recommendations.
- Commercially acute and able to influence a diversity of audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive with a self-starter nature and able to work on tour own initiative professionally.
- Strong understanding of what entails to win in retail, with a customer and shopper centric approach.
