Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage site activities for Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects, including subcontractor installation supervision.
• Strictly adhere to HSE rules as per regulations and company policies.
• Proactively drive improvements in the installation process. Collaborate with engineering team and report lessons learned from site to improve future subcontractor activities.
• Embrace their values of safety and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute as a team player.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in BESS or Solar PV installation procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical LV-MV panels, Inverters, batteries, and switchgears.
• Experience with installation tools.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately once per month depending on project locations.
• Fluent English speaking & writing skills.
• EU passport.
