As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless claims processing and exceptional customer service.

 

  • Evaluate insurance claims, and handle each claim with care, bringing it to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and prudent claims reserves in line with company policy
  • Offer expert guidance to customers, loss adjusters, and solicitors regarding the claims process and next steps.
  • Proactively work towards meeting personal and team objectives and targets.
  • Align with the claims department's customer-centric strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • APA or CIP qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Claims Handler
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
