Insurance Customer Service Agent

 

Description:

The successful candidate will manage client policies, support account executives and handle all insurance documentation across personal lines. This role will be suitable to candidates who want to pursue a career within Insurance, willing to complete relevant qualifications and continue to grow their experience within the company.

Main Duties
Client Management - Support and manage renewal and existing client's policies
Team Collaboration - Work with account executives and report to management
Policy Processing - Handle new business, renewals, schedules, endorsements and documentation
Client Relations - build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers
Risk Handling - Provide risk management advise, market canvass, quotations, renewals, alterations, and new business prospecting
