- Motivating and leading the team: Inspire and drive the team towards achieving goals and targets.
- Performance assessment: One-to-one meetings and evaluate their performance standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the team's performance with customer interaction.
- Team Development: Provide leadership and training to new members.
- Workflow Management: Manage the day-to-day operations.
- Handling issues: Act as point of contact for resolving complex queries.
- Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the company's product
Your profile:
- APA or CIP qualifications
- You come from an Insurance background
- Leadership skills and target-driven.
- Excellent Communication skills and commercial awareness
