Description:

The RNID undertakes a diverse range of roles to support the individual with an intellectual disability and their family from providing holistic nursing including intensive physical care for individuals with profound and complex disabilities to providing guidance and support in the management of children, adolescents and adults for the purpose of optimising the life, health and social care of the individual.

The ideal candidates would be able to work well in a team environment, be kind, compassionate and empathetic to patient needs providing excellent care on a daily basis.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Adjusting patient medication based on their conditions and responses.
• Maintaining the dignity, safety, and confidentiality of all patients consistently.
• Developing and executing tailored care programs.
• Engaging in efficient team, multidisciplinary, and multi-agency collaboration through effective communication skills.
