Internal Audit Manager

Description:

Broadgate have partnered with a global Insurance company in Dublin to recruit for an Internal Audit Manager to join their expanding team.

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the audit assignments as part of delivery of the Group Internal Audit Plan.

Key Responsibilities;

• Take responsibility for the planning, execution and reporting of internal financial, business process and regulatory audits.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the internal audit risk register and identify new risks to the company.
• Take responsibility for performing testing in relation to the annual Sarbanes-Oxley certification.
• Perform ad hoc audit projects responding to emerging risks and management requests.

Key Requirements;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• 3-5 years audit experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of US GAAP and general understanding of regulatory reporting requirements
