As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in setting up an internal communications function within our client’s global FinTech company. Your responsibilities will span from assessing current internal communication practices, formulating effective strategies, recommending innovative technologies, and establishing robust measurement and reporting mechanisms. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing internal communications and fostering an informed and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

-Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our existing internal communications practices to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

-Strategy Development: Develop and execute a clear and effective internal communications strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and culture.

-Technology Recommendations: Stay abreast of industry trends and suggest innovative communication technologies and tools that enhance internal communications.

-Measurement and Reporting: Implement metrics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of internal communications strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
