We are a fast growing and high performance company. The organisation has over 90 people and has grow 30% over the last 12 months. This position will involve training and exposure to management and give you the opportunity to shape the organisation.

The office is based in a modern Dublin 2 office which has recently been renovated to facilitate the new functionality required for the Recruitment sector.

You will join an internal team of recruitment consultants who live by our value of “Stronger Together” and welcomes new people into their active social scene. We are getting back to regular social activities and we have international travel as part of our incentives.

You will participate in an extensive training programme, which is led by dedicated Learning and Development Executives. You will also receive training from Senior Managers who have been successful in the industry for decades.

In this Recruitment Consultant position, you will recruit for the group’s positions both in Ireland and internationally across Sales, Finance, Recruitment and Administration. You will be involved in all areas of recruitment and liaise closely with management to improve recruitment process.

There is a defined career path and there is a career development plan to move into management. There is also a management development plan in place to assist in developing your leadership skills.

You will:

• Cooperate with Senior Level Management
• Participate in a structure training programme with ongoing weekly training
• Learn and understand how to advertise and source for potential candidates
• Meet candidates
• Build a network of candidates
• Build your social media marketing skills
• Develop strong phone and face to face interview skills

Experience

• Motivated for successful career with people
• Experience in all industries considered including Finance, Banking, Retail, Travel, Law, Insurance, Sales, Client Services
• Recruitment Experience an advantage
• Degree Qualified
