Description:
As Internal Manager, your role is to support the Division Sales Managers in various aspects of sales management, leadership, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth and success. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members will be key to your success in this role.
Manage and motivate all Internal Sales Team to work together with External Sales Team to maximise sales opportunities to all customer types and deliver and maintain best customer service.
Link with Logistics Warehouse Service Purchasing and other departments to ensure best and most efficient customer services is achieved and maintained.
Main Duties:
1. Supporting Sales Team: Assisting in managing and coordinating the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to help team members achieve their sales goals and KPIs.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, set targets, and create action plans to drive sales growth and meet revenue objectives.
3. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance metrics, analysing sales data, and preparing sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Managing the team to build and maintain relationships with customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Managing the use CRM system to manage and record.
5. Training and Development: Providing training and support to internal sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Sales Process Improvement: Working with the Sales Operations Manager to identify inefficiencies in the sales process, proposing solutions for improvement, and implementing changes to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
7. Sales Meetings and Presentations: Participating in sales meetings, presenting sales performance updates, discussing strategies, and collaborating with team members to address challenges and find solutions.
8. Administrative Tasks: Managing administrative duties within the team such as orders quotation and returns and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
9. Problem Solving: Working to remove all barriers to achieving internal KPIS Sales Targets and delivering best Customer Service

Experience:
· Similar role in current or previous position.
· Previous Management or supervisor experience.
· Sales experience is a distinct advantage.
