This position plays a pivotal role in fostering international partnerships, expanding our client base, and ensuring seamless coordination between our global offices.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Business Umbrella Recruitment division on an international scale.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global clients and key stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Border Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to coordinate recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing between international teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth for the Business Umbrella Recruitment division.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique staffing requirements and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Provide consultation on best practices in international recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Implement and uphold the company's policies and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, market trends, and client feedback.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in international business development, with a focus on recruitment or staffing services.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, labor markets, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
