Your daily responsibilities will include reviewing and validating critical details, meeting deliverables, analyzing trends, collaborating with team members, and helping to reduce risk. You will also be at the forefront of reallocation of work and initiatives, becoming a leader and change agent within the team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

• A college degree in business or finance
• 3-5 years of financial services work experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter, comfortable working independently when necessary
• Strong multitasking abilities and quick response times
• Excellent analytical skills to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, following procedures and controls to ensure accurate and timely work
• Ability to identify and escalate risks as needed
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Experience working alongside senior-level managers and business partners
