Investment Portfolio Manager

Based out of its high growth Dublin based HQ, a global insurance firm is looking to hire an investment portfolio manager. Reporting to the head of investments & product the investment portfolio manager will have the opportunity to run and build their own portfolios, offering protection and insurance investments solutions to client and business partners across Europe.

• Manage unit-linked fund investments
• Measure investments performance and future investment viability
• Support cash management activities and account management
• Implementation of internal and external funds
• Bring investment expertise to new and existing products
• Due diligence on new retail and private investment solutions
• Build a performance management framework
• Partner with back office regarding new products
• Active member of investment committee

As the ideal candidate you will have an understanding of financial performance management and fund management, supporting the underlying skill-sets required to be an Investment Portfolio Manager. You will have an interest in pursuing the CFA accreditation at a minimum, and likely have begun or completed the relevant exams.
