Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and collaborate with business on day-to-day support center activities that improve first call resolution, build strong internal relationships and exceed response time to our customers
• In collaboration with the IT Manager ensure work activities associated to projects are satisfactorily completed and in line with established metrics to fulfill customer needs
• Maintain support center procedures for consistency and increased productivity.
• User Training both formally or informally

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Over 50% mark in IT related degree for year 1 & 2 Communications Skills
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrate problem solving / analytical abilities

Qualifications & Experience Preferred:

• IT Related qualifications
• Experience of working with Windows Operating systems desirable

• Experience in dealing with customers
