They want someone who is technically solid and not afraid to roll their sleeves up, but forward thinking and strategic enough to help them bring their tech stack in line with their business objectives.

Working closely with the Global Head of Operations your role will be to ensure that the business applications and other tools are implemented fully and optimized in their usage. As this transformation programme progresses and the business scales you will build a team of three additional technical staff to support you.

Currently the environment supports around 75 users across four locations in Dublin, they have outsourced hardware and software support and plan to continue using these suppliers.

Experience Required:

· 8 years + technical experience

· Strong ERP (SAP Business One ideally)

· POS Applications

· Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau or QlikView is a bonus)

· CRM Systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)

· Retail Experience would be advantageous

They operate a flexible working location policy and many of the team work in the hybrid model, so you should be able to commute to Dublin City Centre a few days a week.
