It Operational Resilience Manager

Description:

As IT Operational Resilience Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of the Banks IT Operational Resilience capabilities through assessment of IT Resilience underpinning Important business services and the IT services that support them, including working closely with the Important Business Owner.

You will work within the Service Design team in Technology Services and get the chance to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a team who continuously look for ways to enhance assurance that our critical IT services have the IT resilience and capability to meet our customers' needs.

In This Role, You Will
 

• Have a strong understanding of Operational Resilience frameworks, processes, and regulatory requirements and how they fit in with the wider Service Design Operating Model and the wider Business Operational Resilience structures within Bank of Ireland.
• Monitor assessment of IT underpinning Important Business Services for resilience and capability to meet customer expectations
• Mapping ofImportant Business Services to IT Services working with all Technology Services teams, partners, and key stakeholders
• Reporting of IT Operational Resilience assessments for all Important Business Services
• Helping to educate multiple parties on IT Operational Resilience policies, controls, and risks
• Reporting functional areas of IT Operational Resilience
• Work in a small team reporting to Senior IT Operational Resilience Manager within Service Design
