It Operations Manager

Description:

IT Operations Manager required for well know brand in the Irish market. This person will manage the Infrastructure and Cloud team responsible for managing mission critical infrastructures, on-prem, and cloud-based systems. This is not a hands-on engineering role so will be purely managerial, strategic and process focused.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and leadership of 10+ engineering team - providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Monitoring of service performance, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to optimize performance
• Ensure effective ITIL processes such as: Availability Management, Capacity Management, Service Level Management and Configuration Management etc
• Work with internal business teams and external service providers to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and network systems
• Oversea extensive on-prem to Cloud migration roadmap
