Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Channel Account Director to spearhead their channel partnerships and drive business forward. As a pivotal member of this team, you'll be instrumental in fostering strategic relationships, implementing innovative sales initiatives, and contributing to the exponential growth of our client’s enterprise and public sector ventures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with key channel players to fuel business growth and mutual success, driving revenue and market expansion.
  • Expansion Initiatives: Identify and onboard new channel partners to broaden our client’s footprint and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Tailored Account Management: Develop customised account plans for each partner, aligning objectives and growth strategies for maximum impact.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new sales avenues, leveraging cutting-edge solutions in networking, storage, and beyond.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to execute joint marketing programs and sales initiatives that drive results.
  • Training and Support: Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell and support the clients products, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance against metrics and objectives, providing detailed sales forecasting and actionable recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years in Channel Sales or Enterprise Sales within the ICT industry, with a focus on IP and Networking solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Irish Enterprise ICT market, established contacts, and a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities and project management prowess.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to develop new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships for sustainable growth.
