Your profile

  • To be successful within this role you will ideally have gained 2+ years’ experience supporting customers within a software, SaaS, PaaS, or similar environment.
  • You will have experience in troubleshooting and basic ITIL knowledge.
  • You will have gained experience working with an IT ticketing platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, SolarWinds, etc
