Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer - Hardware/Software onsite with our client in Dublin 2. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, system administration, and help desk support. You will have a minimum of 4 years of IT Support experience, ideally within Financial Services.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
  • Experience with hardware and software installations
  • Ability to work well in a high-availabiltiy environment.
