You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, maintenance and supporting the technical administration of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Azure infrastructure, MS Office 365 tenants, Microsoft SQL Server databases, on-premise applications, device management, security applications
You will be administering Azure resources to ensure that resources are available, system performance is being monitored, and troubleshooting issues
You will be responsible for managing related ICT projects from start to finish
You will ensure Level 2 and 3 technical and functional support to the company's ICT Helpdesk in supporting end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and resolving technical problems
You will develop a team of system engineers, contractors and vendors providing both technical expertise and strong leadership while ensuring the highest levels of performance and quality
You will manage vendor and contractor relationships, act as key SLA contact with external vendors, suppliers and contractors, monitoring performance and escalating as necessary
You will maintain related ICT policies and procedures and ensure continuous improvement in accordance with the company's alignment programme to ISO industry standards like 27001, 20000
You will manage specific operations on ICT Disaster Recovery, BCP management and execution/testing of related ICT processes and procedures
What Skills You Need
5+ years' experience in a similar ICT role
Relevant Third Level ICT qualification (e.g., Degree) or equivalent technical certification
Strong Experience of Microsoft 365 suite of applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Dynamics, Azure AD, Azure cloud
Knowledge of industry standards on service management and security alignment standards i.e. ISO 27001, ISO20000, ITIL and IT Risk Management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership, project and team-building skills
