Our client is a global specialist in the packaging sector, located in Co Clare. They have an immediate requirement for anIT Systems Administrator. Working as part of the Global Information Systems team, this is a hands-on role in which you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, security maintenance and administration of hardware, software and databases used by the network, server and computer or telephone applications on the site. This is an exciting time to join the team as they are engaged in a rapid digital transformation and involved in a number of projects which require resilient and agile infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve server and network infrastructure support and maintenance, asset management, and continuous improvements to the service infrastructure to increase resilience and capacity.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Career level is circa 2 - 5 years IT experience
• Experience of server and network administration
• Experience in Microsoft O365 environment and tools
• ITIL framework knowledge
• Patch management of both local and cloud hosted systems
