The Ads Sales Specialist will be responsible developing long-term relationships with strategic sellers, to proactively enable marketplace growth.
This will be achieved by development tailored business plans to ensure each business achieves their growth goals on eBay, including help sellers to adopt Promoted listing features and scale the adoption of those features.
This specialist will be the single point of contact for relevant queries and will perform monthly health checks and business reviews to ensure the success of each customer. This role will be dedicated to Promoted listing ad as such lead business reviews. Participate on different pilots to increase BU GMV/revenue streams and test new tools/System and lead adoption on new technology.
A drive for results is vital to the success of the role along with a high competency to be able to work within an extremely busy and consistently changing environment and under you own initiative.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to sell through service, by up-selling, cross selling various products, features and promotions through a service and value-add based approach. Core duties
The advisor will be responsible for creating and delivering campaign to a variable number of sellers.
They will need to organise clinics with sellers to improve sell performance of the accounts.
Be main POC for any Promoted listing queries for team at FRITES level, incl supporting with campaign/training material.
Help customers through email, phone, online.
Understand Sellers Business proposition and drive Brand Loyalty through customer contact.
Upsell features such as promo and tools.
Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer, stakeholders and GCX leaders.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders – weekly/monthly readout.
Forecast and track account metrics.
Ability to learn on the fly.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Monitor and analyse customer’s usage of our products
Responsible for working with the BU to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Support BU with ad hoc request
Prerequisite Knowledge & Proficiencies
Fluency in English and Italian language is required, and another language French or Spanish will be seen as an advantage.
Commercial experience is required.
Required for business travel and support events (Seminars, Seller events and seller visits) and proudly represent the ebay brand
Commercially focussed and have a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
