• Conduct site inspections to ensure projects are progressing in accordance with the schedule and contractual requirements;
• Prepare, issue, and review inspection records for projects;
• Produce reports for building control inspections, building surveys and other associated services, and liaise with all relevant parties, as required;
• Liaise with building contractors, clients, architects and engineers regarding compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines and other technical documents, as required;
• Maintains and enhances client relationships with the support of senior management;

• Other professional development responsibilities or any duties as required by the business.
• University Degree or equivalent to any of the following: Engineering, Building Surveying or Architecture.
• Interest in developing an in-depth working knowledge of the building regulations, on-site inspections, construction detailing, the building control process and project management.
