The role of a Customer Service Advisor is intrinsic to our success!
We are looking for individuals who are confident, articulate, and determined to succeed in a professional working environment, and quite simply you will be the voice and ambassador for our brand
You will be taking general enquiry calls from our customers with a diverse range of questions and needs so it's essential that you're able to think broadly and provide innovative solutions to your customer's requests.
We are looking for people with strong Customer Service skills.
Previous experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity and a history of working in a compliant and target-based environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
As numbers form a large part of this role, we will require you to have analytical and reconciliation skills alongside excellent communication skills.
