Junior Software Application Development

Description:

This role offers the opportunity to drive the design, development, and delivery of shared components and integration frameworks used for Workday connections to other on-premise and on-demand solutions.

Working in a team of highly qualified application development and integration specialists, you will use our standards-based technologies and toolset to expand Workday's business offering.

Application Development Engineers will be immersed in the Workday development practices. Apply your object-oriented technology skills and build your technical toolbelt by learning our proprietary language while experiencing the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, and implementation.

Basic Qualifications

• Current or past participant of Specialisterne Ireland
• 1-2 years of object-oriented design and development experience in object-oriented languages such as Java or C#
• Ability to build and support complex system using Web Service standards (SOAP and REST)
• A good understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery
• Ability to adopt new technologies quickly, and possess a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
