The world’s third-largest energy drink producer, HELL ENERGY, is looking for an experienced individual to further develop our business in the Irish market.
Key account manager
Commercial Department
Responsibilities:
Listing of HELL Energy product portfolio in key account chains operating in Ireland.
- Participation in the selection of distributors
- Action plan to achieve a market leader position
- Sales team management, build and lead the structure of the key account team
- Creating and realizing of targeted sales plan
- Achieve the listing target and meet the company turnover target
- Presents and continuously follows the realization of the monthly target for each sales agent for each brand
- Presents and supports the monthly promotion plan (leaflet, secondary placement, and cooler placement plan) that has been approved
- Collects the necessary information from the market about the competition, their activities as well as about the parallel import
- Negotiation when a new customer is opened, for the list of products, their placement, sale, and conditions with which this cooperation will be closed.
- Prepares and submits reports on time
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience with key account partners in Ireland
- Perfect knowledge of the local beverages market
- At least 5 years work experience in the Sales Field (FMCG, Fast Moving Costumer Goods)
- Driving license B category, Microsoft skills
- Goal-oriented person with a can-do attitude
- Strong client focus, communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly and willing to do so
