Laboratory Tech

Description:

This position has the primary role is assisting with all duties relating to Microbiology.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Perform Environmental Monitoring at the plant (Microbial, Particulate, Water).
• Perform product testing (Bioburden and Endotoxin).
• Perform product validations.
• Collect, compile and analyse data and prepare laboratory reports.
• Assist in any investigations into out of specification results.
• Involvement in ordering materials for laboratory.
• Maintain 5S standards in the Microbiology laboratory and office area.
• Support the business with regard to process improvements and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance to BSC Cork, Corporate and Regulatory requirements.
   

Education & Experience
 

• Minimum Level 7 is required
• Microbiology or similar courses
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
