Lead Architect

Description:

Provide industry expertise in Telecommunications (Telco) and/or Energy & Utilities.

Lead solution design workshops and drive architectural discussions.

Translate business requirements into Salesforce Industries (SFI) solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

Design scalable solutions leveraging industry-specific data models and best practices.

Promote SFI best practices and ensure alignment with industry standards.

Present solution design documents, key decisions, and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead the design phase and support Business Analysts in user story drafting, estimation, and requirement gathering.

Collaborate with development teams, providing guidance and support during the implementation phase.

Identify risks in the design and development phases and work with project teams on mitigation strategies.

Assist in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, and resource planning.
