Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that the project workstream remains focused on its objectives and that support is delivered to a high standard.
- Be the subject matter expert
- Act as the support and escalation path for the project coordinator.
- Responsible for developing the Project Implementation Plans per workstream.
- Ensuring the workstream comes in on budget and time per workstream.
- Responsible for following up on key milestones and critical dates at workstream level.
- Responsible for workstream process improvements.
- Responsible for ensuring toolkits stay relevant and up to date.
- Responsible for assessing vendors and for signing off on TDE Panel participation.
- Assigning appropriate TDE to the relevant industry participants.
- Weekly calls and reporting with respective owners e.g. Jane, Ciaran or Brian.
- Attend twice weekly project management standup meetings.
- Gain a clear understanding of the participant’s goals and objectives and ensure that the brief addresses this.
- Review and sign off audits and participants’ requirements developed by the technical diagnostics expert.
- Co-sign off with Coordinators on all work by Industry chosen vendors before final grant payments can be made
- Ensuring grant-funded work meets quality criteria through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Drafting final evaluation report.
