As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of problem solvers, helping to hire the right talent in a challenging and ever changing market as our business continues to grow.

  • Manage the overall strategy for Experienced Hire Recruitment

  • Overview and manage a large team

  • Internal and external relationship and stakeholder manager

  • Overall campaign and process management for recruitment

  • Implementation of new technology and improvements and efficiencies

  • Manage employer branding (digital, marketing and social campaigns)

  • Linkage to the Early Careers team, collaboration & bringing synergies

  • Represent the Experienced Hire team across HR and the wider business

  • Reporting on key team matrix and presenting dashboards from the Workday system

  • A recognised University Degree or equivalent, preferably in HRM, Psychology or a business subject area.

  • Operational experience of managing a team

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent team worker

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Communication skills are very important

  • Presentation skills are an asset

  • Ability to work under short deadlines and time constraints.

  • Experience working within a professional services organisation

  • Change management skills

  • Experience using Workday

  • Ability to analyse data and interpret dashboards visually for stakeholders
