Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product operational roles, with 2+ years managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- A proven track record of inspiring, mentoring, and driving accountability within a team.
- Ownership Mindset and Collaborative Leadership: Ability to own projects end-to-end while empowering your team to take initiative and drive results collaboratively.
- Exceptional Project Management Skills: Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects with clear structure, organization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making and Strategic Insight: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and the ability to guide your team in turning insights into impactful decisions.
- Empathy and User-Centric Thinking: Deep empathy for users and the ability to instill a user-first mindset across your team.
- Operational and Process Optimization Expertise: Experience designing and implementing systems and processes that enable teams to scale and operate efficiently.
- Technical Knowledge and Problem-Solving Skills: General familiarity with software development processes, with experience in building payroll systems as a significant advantage.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Superior ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, whether mentoring your team or presenting to stakeholders.
