The Lead Publisher, alongside a small team based on-site with the client, will manage promotional design assets for the clients proprietary media platforms. They are the final guardian of high-profile assets and ensure they all uphold style, technical, quality and project-specific requirements inline with design and operational standards - delivering flawless quality, every time.

As designated team lead you will be on point for direct coordination with the client, managing the flow of information and instructions related to task workload, process, standards and execution.

Key responsibilities:

As Lead Publisher you will
 

• Own day-to-day management of a small team of publishers and QA Testers. Overseeing publishing tasks in support of page and product launches, updates, article releases, and regular page maintenance.
• Ensure the quality of your own and the teams deliverables to the client by checking all assets adhere to brand guidelines, playbooks and marketing/partner specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with internal and external teams.
• Understand and contribute to ever evolving workflows to ensure flawless delivery.
• Liaise with Project Management & Design teams to ensure consistency and quality across materials, with an eye on continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
• Own relationships with the wider teams within Hogarth hubs across the globe.
• Responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the CMS and escalating platform bugs and enhancements where required.
