My client operates in the financial industry and is seeking to find a Lead Salesforce Developer to join their growing, Dublin-based team. You will work together with the Product Owner and the IT Solution Manager with the aim of producing best-in-class output. My clients main aim is to promote the power of learning. Please note that you need to be in Ireland with the right to work to proceed with this role.

• Documenting Salesforce processes and workflows
• Leading a team consisting of Developers from junior to senior-level
• Assembling custom applications and objects
• Analysing existing and developing new processes
• Assisting in the completion of ICT Projects to the highest standard
• Adhering to GDPR
• Maintaining database tasks
• Assisting staff with technological issues whilst adhering to KPI's
• Proven experience in mentoring Junior Developers
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience with and understanding of integration tools
• Demonstratable verbal and written qualities
• Ability to critique and improve business requirements
