Lead Software Architect

Our client is an international operations management and consulting firm, committed to support digital transformation, data science and change management projects for customers worldwide.

With offices in the US, Singapore, India, UK and the EU region and over 30.000 staff members, they are growing and expanding their operations, setting up a new office in Dublin, Ireland.

They are looking to hire an experienced Lead Software Architect, to design, develop, test and document state of the art Cloud solutions leveraging services available in AWS, Azure and GCP as well as required third party bolt-ons.

This is a permanent role, based in Dublin, working on a hybrid basis

• 3 + years experience in software architecture and in leading software development team

• Preferred tech-stack for this is Node.JS and React.

• Expertise with full stack application and solution development

• Cloud engineering skills including security and disaster recovery, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, Linux, web services and APIs, and DevOps

• Leadership skills and experience is essential to this role, having built out and led a successful team

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, building out and leading a team. Growing out a brand-new team in a brand-new country

• Taking on ownership of the architecture and owning the solution is the primary focus

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing and documenting state of the art Cloud solutions leveraging services available in AWS, Azure and GCP as well as required third party bolt-ons.

• Engage with peer teams to re-architect and/or Cloud-enable existing solutions for the verticals in which they participate.
