Lead Ux Designer

Description:

Looking for an experienced UX focused Designer to enhance an internal software product for one of Irelands biggest companies. The role can be fully remote within Ireland. The right person will be self-motivated with a passion for leading a team of designers and excited to solve highly technical problems. You will collaborate with best in class, multi-disciplinary team of design and research professionals.

• Design accessible digital software products.
• Work in an agile environment across designers and engineers.
• Deal with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop high level storyboards, mockups, prototypes and wireframes to communicate ideas.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, including juniors.
• Strong background in UX and interaction design.
• Expert in user-centered design principles.
• previous experience on both desktop and mobile application design.
• Experience across several UX focused design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Passion for products and customer ideas.
• Previously worked in agile environments.
