Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and co-ordinating activity and initiatives that ensure mandatory and best practice training requirements are met in line with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify the skills required for the effective performance of each role and put in place learning activities to develop these skills.
Candidates must meet the following criteria relevant to the role:
QQI level 6 qualified in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related discipline.
Comfortable and competent working with L&D/HR information systems including system reporting capability.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
Ability to design and produce reports, analyse and present data.
Proven customer focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in training design and delivery.
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, adapting to the situation, the information being communicated and the recipients of what is being communicated.
Excellent administration and organisation skills, with proven excellent attention to detail.
Experience in managing projects through to delivery.
Pro-active approach to problem solving.
Ability to source and analyse information and make sound decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven confidence to establish and maintain strong working relationships and networks.
Ability to work independently using own initiative and also as an effective team member.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under challenging time constraints.
Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement.
