Learning & Development Coordinator

 

Description:

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support identifying gaps and opportunities for learning & development
  • Support the delivery of face-to-face & virtual learning programs and assist the L&D team with the design of new content.
  • Schedule and coordinate employee & manager training
  • Provide support with the timely processing of training requests
  • Track, evaluate and report on L&D activity as required
  • Participate in and assist with team projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
     

Experience Required

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience L&D coordination experience.
  • Experience in construction environment advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in building strong relationships across all employee groups
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve to meet changing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
