Description:
You will work as part of a small, high performing project team to create, produce and deliver experiential learning activities.
This role focuses on 3 pillars, with the following responsibilities:
1. Understanding the client's objectives, context and constraints.
- Lead discovery process around client needs and constraints.
-The ability to quickly assimilate client or industry-specific content into our offerings
2. Translating and visualising concepts and ideas into client proposals.
-Formulate and align with the client on learning objectives.
-Verbalise ideas, visualise and present concepts and game dynamics.
-Be the client's point of contact throughout the entire project.
3. Leading the content and material creation in line with our gamified approach, ensuring the experience meets client objectives and engages participants effectively.
-Co-create solutions with the team.
-Structure storyline and game-flow, create visually attractive delivery presentations.
-Write participant instructions, create custom content and structure of game material.
-Develop train-the-trainer manuals and practical facilitator instructions.
-Explore (+ leverage and implement) new (tech) solutions in the market.
You will also be able to join the team on location for the in-person delivery of our experiences to clients.
Your ideal background
-You have 6+ years experience in consulting and/or L&D and/or corporate events and you're ready for a new phase in your career where you can unleash your bias for action, curiosity and creativity.
-You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and want to spend more time doing rather than meeting.
-You have experience being in front of a group in the capacity of facilitator, presenter or trainer.
-You have a tech-bone, have tried plenty of the new AI tools and are always full of ideas on what to do / try next. Part of our tech stack is: Figma, Slack, Canva, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Landbot, SpatialChat, Miro, Airtable, Gdocs
-You have an entrepreneurial, can-do mindset and can work when there's time pressure and live-productions.
-Native or business-proficient English speaker. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
