Local Coordinator Associate

We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team. As a Local Coordinator Associate, you would be responsible for transcriptions and for managing Language Data Analysts when the Local Coordinator is unavailable. This role needs to ensure that both accuracy and output are up to our client’s standards and requirements. The project you would be working on involves the improvement of a major Virtual Assistant through data collection, classification of information and labeling.

As a Local Coordinator Associate, you will start off by training in transcription and grading tasks. You need to be very familiar with the guidelines and rules.

Your tasks and responsibilities can include:

• Transcription (create written copies of live speech or dictated audio) and editing (modify transcripts of audio files)
• Data labeling (Identify and label the purpose of what you transcribe) and data classification (categorize the job resulted considering different criteria).
• Training, monitoring, leading and managing a group of Language Data Analysts
• Ensuring security and confidentiality requirements are adhered to
• Onboarding new Language Data Analysts
• Communicating progress and output to the client
• Tracking tendencies and statistics for all the LDAs and reporting the numbers to your manager

• Excellent listening, reading and speaking skills in English.
• Ability to understand and apply complex guidelines and meet daily KPI´s.
• Ability to lead and manage a large number of people
• Ability to work with autonomy, making important decisions and dealing with unexpected situations
• Ability to work under a lot of pressure
